MAN BOOBS

The Growth Of Man Boobs Occurs with Some Hair Loss Medications as well as Not Eating Healthy!

Ladies, if you think you have problems, hang on to your handbags! You'll want to take a lookie at this article! It is aimed mostly at men, and I wanted to share that they too have issues to deal with just as we have "thunder thighs" or a big booty, some guys have it bad too....Gentlemen, if you are eating unhealthy, consuming alcohol without enough exercise, you may be in for stormy weather ahead! Lets start with hair loss, shall we?

If you are taking medications for hair loss such as Propecia you may be in danger of developing man boobs! Propecia (finasteride) blocks the conversion of testosterone to DHT by way of 5AR2. Great for hair, but trouble for gynecomastia problems. The lack of DHT raises testosterone levels, which in turn raises estrogen levels. This out of balance effect of low DHT and high estrogen can lead to increased body fat and encourages moobs to grow.

The first sign of trouble is often a little extra chest fat. Things could stay at this level, or it could progress futher. In worse cases you may form the hard lumps under the nipple that are the worst case scenario for these head and often painful lumps are called gynecomastia and can be much harder to get rid of than the excess fat. To further complicate matters, many hair loss sufferers add topical Spirnolactone to their treatment. Although topical, some medication is systemically absorbed. For the susceptible, Propecia with a little systemic absorption of Spirnolactone is a sure cause for man boob growth!

So is there any way to use Propecia and stay safe from the possibility of developing man boobs? Yes. The use of a small amount of Andractim DHT gel on the chest area while you're on Propecia or Proscar may stave off breast growth without having an adverse effect on your hair. Use a very small amount so that systemic absorption of DHT is minimal and your hair is not effected. Also you should cycle the use of the Andractim.

So PLEASE... be very careful when using these types of hair loss drugs guys...so you don’t get more than you bargained for! Hair is important for self-esteem, but developing male breasts can be just as crushing to your ego! Men boobs, or moobs, are common during late 50 years old. However, some people have the boobs even at the young age. Though I like boobs, I don’t like them on a mans body. Also, no man wants to wear bra because of man boobs. It is just so weird for a man to wear bra. So,  if you do not want to have a bigger boob than your wife or girlfriend,...please, read on;

1) Being overweight. Man boobs are actually the deposit of fat. Some of the excess fat gets stored over the pectoral muscles. So, here are some of the ways to lose man boobs if overweight is the cause:
  • In order to remove fat, you have to do cardiovascular exercise to reduce the fat from your body. Try running, rowing, cycling or swimming. Man boobs may not disappear the next day, but with enough patience, you will notice a difference when you have lower body fat percentage.
  • While spot reduction is almost impossible, strength training exercises are important.
  • Strength training may not burn a lot of calories, but they will help to increase your lean muscle mass, which help in increasing metabolism rate.
  • Furthermore, weight training promotes the development of strong and shapely chest muscles. So, when the fat are burnt with cardiovascular exercise, your firm chest will look significantly more attractive.
  • Working the lower chest, shoulders, and upper back are the main workouts you should consider. For chest, some of the weight trainings include bench press, bent arm pull overs, the butterfly, cable cross-overs, push-ups, dips, etc. Building muscle in the shoulders and the upper back will also stretch and tighten the skin of the upper torso.

  • Take care of your diet too. Avoid oily food and sugar diet.

  • Some moobs are caused by gynecomastia which is the swelling of breast tissue. This is a hormonal condition in which the body produces an increased amount of estrogen and a decreased amount of testosterone. Gynecomastia often happens as the result of taking certain medications that influence the body’s hormonal levels. It can also occur if someone is suffering from a testicular tumor, which causes estrogen production to significantly increase.

    Signs and symptoms of gynecomastia:
    • Swollen breast gland tissue
    • Breast tenderness
    • Nipple discharge
    • Swollen nipples
In this case, medical advice should be sought. Normally, the patient will be given anti-estrogen treatment.
No man wants to wear a mab bra....
