Breaking Up is Hard to Do

Rejection always hurts. No matter how much you sugar coat the truth, it always upsets the two souls who used to be in love. It is definitely better to end relationships amicably instead of fretting and fuming and making it even more difficult to go apart. No doubt it will be extremely painful and difficult to let go.

So, breaking up from a loving relationship is never easy for anyone. Dealing with heartbreak can be quite painful to say the least, and can completely drain you emotionally. It is really difficult to break off with a person with whom you have been attached for some time. It can not only break your confidence, make you feel miserable and shatter your spirits, but also make it hard for you to trust anyone in future. Managing heartbreaks is one of the most difficult things to do and it becomes almost impossible if it is your first love. You have to accept the fact that a relationship that started on rocky ground has to end someday... especially if you're not thinking of a long-term commitment with that person. Do you love him enough to stay with him? No.....So how do you do it? ...The break up? When do you tell him that it's over, how will he react, and what does your future hold now? Neil Sedaka sang it best in "Breaking Up is Hard to Do." Instead of breaking up you'll wish that you were making up again......then the question arouses,..."Can't we give our love another try?"

Dealing with a broken intimate relationship can be quite daunting at first but you have to keep in mind that time is the ‘ultimate’ healer and play a major role in mending your broken heart. You should know how to break it off without hurting, what is less painful to sustain heartbreak?Determine that and then move on with life. It is not the end of the world, although, yes, it sure as hell does seems like it is.... There is life after heartbreak too! Although you may not see it so clearly now...trust me, there is. Life will get better. You're world will open up endless possibilities. Take my advice... allow some time to make things better, not worse for yourself. Sit down and make a list of what "you" want! .....you know, ....ask yourself "what do I want out of life"..... So...what your goals? How are you going to work to achieve them? Don't wallow in your own self pity because you were so consumed by one man who in the end really didn't give two hoots about your feelings. Theoretically speaking, we are meant to find love through trial and error. If love was so easy, everyone would be experiencing it,....but their not. Don't just settle.....love has everything to do with it!
