What do women want...really? Well, we want a man who can attend to our needs and do things for us because he "wants to" not because he "has to." We are not a chore to do, we are human beings and we want to be treated with respect. So, what is it that ladies like, and why does it make us feel so damn special when a man that we are attracted to does something simple, yet so special for us? Remember,..it doesn't have to be big things that you do for us...we remember the thought that was put into it far more than the gift itself. Sure we love gifts...but originality scores so big with women...why? We tell our friends, and family members and we eat it up. It also will make you look great!

With some women, it is a good idea to text or call her regularly before you go to sleep and regularly in the morning when you wake up. It will make her feel special. However, tread carefully, this can be mistaken for stalking...or some may say. My thoughts? Don't call her every night unless you intend to follow through with this all the time. Why? Women get used to schedules, and men doing certain things at certain times...if you call every night, and then one night you're just out with friends later and don't get a chance...she may think your mad or that she said something wrong. No, we aren't as needy as you may think., in fact, we are independent BUT if you don't want to fall into this trap don't call at the same time or make it a becoming schedule.

Be spontaneous! Sometimes it's a lot of fun and we L-O-V-E surprises!!

Gifts don't need reasons to be given. Give your girlfriend gifts on normal days. If you have no idea what gift to be given, send her an affectionate letter or card.

Hugs will give off the message that you are affected towards her and want to hold her.
Hugs are the universal medicine!

Ask her on dates often. They don't have to cost anything: going to a park is always nice.

DON'T CHEAT ON THEM. It may seem foolproof, but girls tell each other everything about everything. Trust me, they WILL find out and you will be mud.

Beware of every single male relative and all guy friends of hers, especially of you do something to hurt her... you can rest assure they will be knocking at your door or searching for you in your local hangouts.

NEVER miss an opportunity to tell them they're beautiful. Women love compliments just as men enjoy getting their egos stroked.

DON'T refuse to kiss in front of your friends. If they laugh at you, it's because they're jealous.

If they slap you hard, you DESERVED it!

DON'T be afraid to touch them if you want to. Nooooo, not there...put your arm around her, or take her hand...If they're going out with you in the first place, it's because they like being in your arms. Later, after you get to know one another and feel comfy, you can proceed!

If you DON'T sleep with them, do not tell your friends that you did. NOT COOL!

If you DO sleep with them, DON'T tell your friends that you did. BIG NO NO!!!

You CAN be dirty minded in private, really...most of women aren't too offended by it...

Most of them DON'T mind paying half of everything, but they do discuss these things with their friends. Realize that if you make your girlfriend pay half all the time, everyone will know about it and your friends will know you're a pussy.

Do you honestly need all your money that much? Even if a woman offers to foot the bill....NO NO NO....Be a man, pay all the time!
Make sure she gets home safely as often as you can. If you're dropping her off, walk her to the door. If you aren't dropping her off, call to make sure she's home safely. She'll love the fact that you thought enough to check on her.


If you're talking to a female friend of yours, pull your girlfriend closer.
 It will make her feel secure. If you're officially dating, and you're introducing her to your friends, you certainly should introduce her as your girlfriend. Yes boys, we do tend to have a few insecurities every now and again... as Michael Jackson sangs...."It's Human Nature!"

Like the movies? Go to a chick flick once in a while. She DOESN'T care whether you enjoy it or not, it just matters that you went. I know a lot of men who like chick flicks, some would never admit it...nonetheless, it will appease her.

Make it a point to get along with her pets, parents and best friends. Be PRINCE CHARMING to their friends, Mr. Polite to their parents, and make sure to be nice to their animals.

NEVER flirt with their mother (even in a joking way)...that's just just weird!

DON'T be freaked out by our PMS. We get emotional, we cry sometimes for no reason...some women get angry and throw things...if you are dating this type of woman and she is showing these true colors....run...like the wind! Otherwise, if they are little things that you can overlook try to please UNDERSTANDING .

If you don't like the way we drive, then YOU DRIVE! I've been call a cray driver...Ok, so perhaps I am. Deal with it?

DON'T stress where you go for every date. They really only want to be with you...remember guys, it's not the places you take us that we remember as much as the atmosphere and your actions.

If they complain that something hurts, rub it for them without being asked. You'll be a saint!

Women might seem tough, but we are still quite are fragile. Even if you're play fighting/wrestling, be very GENTLE with us!

Never, ever, ever for her birthday. You forget that and you're basically screwed. In fact, it will take a lot to get out of that one.

DON'T marinade the cologne. We love a man who smells good, just not one who bathes in it. Make sure that it's a scent that she loves on you. She take it home with her long after you dropped her off. Kiss her hand, her cheek or her forehead...she'll want so much more, and if it's the beginning of a new potential relationship,...she'll eat it up!
Be a gentleman...be rest assured, it will surpass all expectations a woman has for you!
