So,...your guest is on his/her way and you need something to make on the fly? Or maybe you worked late and you are like me after hours and you just don't feel like cooking a meal? Whether it be with your family, to eat all by yourself or to serve up a hot dish to "wet his whistle" with a nice glass of red wine...try this recipe I make for pizza dip. It's so easy to make, and you can dress it up however you choose to do so. Make it with all the yum yum toppings that you put on your pizza or just have it plain with cheese..,my daughter uses feta cheese and goat cheese on hers, as she is trying to stay away from meats. Olives, green or black, artichokes, spinach, tomatoes, any veggies that you have an acquired taste for...give it a try!
