Biceps, 6 Packs and Tight Tushes...What Women Love in a Well Built Man

When we ask women what the love about men and their bodies we get a variety of responses. Strong shoulders literally sweep women off their feet but oh there are so many other traits in a well sculpted man that women adore...Sure, women love a guy with a chiseled six-pack, who wouldn't? ...But that's not the only body part they check out at the beach (or in bed). Do you often wonder why more men are heading to the gym and why they start sculpting?

Women love a tone man, and they see strong forearms and think you can do everything: playing sports, fending off a mugger, building a project, serving as a big bad ass body guard, and maintain a dexterous touch long enough to leave them extremely satisfied. So fellas, roll up those sleeves, and let 'em have a look. Oh, and it's not just the arms and biceps that we're noticing....Women check out your butt because it's a clue to your worthiness as a physical specimen. If you're in great shape, it carries high. Otherwise, your rear end droops like a sack of old potatoes, and that's so not cool. You wouldn't want to see women with a fat, or saggy tush, right? What about the chest? Yes, women treasure your chest as much as you do their own. Touching, kissing, and licking a man's chest is undoubtedly a super turn-on for most women, at least most of the women that I know.

It's not just one particular thing that catches a woman's eye, nonetheless, the arms and biceps do stand out when you are wearing a nice fitting shirt. For instance, my friend 'Pittsburgh' looks nice in a well defined shirt. So guys, are you...armed and dangerous? Are your biceps big, your abs tight and your ass...well, you get the picture? The most noticeable on a man from the observation deck are the biceps because this is what we see visibly. The abs and tush, now that is a different story and one to be seen in the bedroom or behind closed doors for a private showing. Let's talk then for a minute about the biceps? How do we catch a glimpse of these? Simple ways actually...Opening  jars; hanging onto a rugby ball; wrestling somebody into a headlock; carrying a keg of beer, arm-wrestling or a simple swim where they use all of their muscles. These are just a few of the actions that call your biceps to arms, and we're sure you'll agree that they are all awesomely masculine. It's one of the simplest equations in male mental arithmetic: big arms equals a strong man, and yes we ladies love a strong man.

  1. Whey Protein - This is a very common way that athletes and body builders use to bulk up and very good for you! Consume Foods That are High in Protein - If you want to bulk up but don't want to go the route of powders, then you can bulk up by consuming foods that are high in protein.  These foods would be beef, eggs, and other animal products.  It is important to find lean sources so that you are not eating too much fat and unhealthy calories.
  4. Liquid Protein Shots - This option is similar to protein powders; however, liquid protein shots do not need to be prepared and are easy to transport and consume on the go.  These shots have 25 grams of quality protein and can be consumed up to three times a day. Check with your doctor first as always just to be on the safe side.
  5. Work out and lift weights - Lifting weights and consuming extra protein will help your muscles add mass.  Strength training is an extremely important factor for bulking up and should be done at least 3 times per week. Muscles aren't going to appear on men over night any more than our asses are going to get flatter...so, my unprofessional advice? Give it time...Rome was not built over night!There are many ways to bulk up; however, if you want to add muscle mass in a safe way and maintain your health in the long run, then you should follow one of the above listed options and seek guidance from a professional as to how to go about beginning to become redefined with your body!
