Relationships and Pillow Talk...

Guys love girls who present themselves well both in bed, and out. Might sound like the cold hard truth, but hey, it is what it is.If you are a woman reading this and are appalled by it, you may want to stop here because we are about to travel through the good, the bad and the ugly. Lets face it…cold hard fact- Men are visual creatures and they are impressed by what they see in their line of vision….so with that in mind, wear Simply Delicious Lingerie and turn up the heat! Oh, But be aware of the impression you give to the way you present yourself. You want to look great and get attention without looking really desperate.

One thing leads to another and you hit it off…then you date, then you share intimate details, and family history and you find one another supporting one another, right? Well, that’s what most women want…after sex is just as important as the whole ‘before sex’ anticipation. They say that women get attached more to a man once they have sex. Well, it if it for real, then that might be true, BUT if you don’t share the chemistry with her fellas, DON’T string her along and lead her to believe that she is it for you, when in fact she is just another notch in your belt loop. Whats wrong with you? Women have feelings and you need to be more alert and adherent to her. All relationships start with communication. That is KEY.

So, let’s get back to where I was going with this…quite frankly, it is easy to dismiss simply conversation as just sweet nothings, but the key to relationship happiness may be in your pillow talk. Yup, you heard me. It’s key factor in relationship and we women LOVE it, so suck it up boys and learn how to listen. It’s not all about you…nor is it all about us. I’ve learned that with one man in particular that I dated a few years ago, he understood me, he just wanted more. What more could I have given him? Plenty, but I wasn’t blonde and a size 4. I was 10 years older than him and he had no children, and his mother wanted more for him, as if I didn’t? I’ve learned over the years that things have a way of working out, and on the contrary to what I thought was right or wrong then, he taught me that what I do want and need is a man who will listen to me talk, and really hear what it is that I am saying. I loved this man for the pillow talk. I could tell him anything.

As I wrote my book, and blogs, and gathered references and literature on lingerie and what men like and want, I learned what he wanted and needed. Surveys on pillow talk revealed that people liked hearing their own name because it increased rapport and intimacy. Recall how in everyday life when someone says your name, you instantly feel more noticed, useful or special.Scientists have found that women whose partners finish off a night of passion by immediately turning over and nodding off are left feeling insecure and craving affection. Psychologists at the University of Michigan said cuddling and talking after sex is a crucial way for a couple to express their commitment to each other. What she doesn’t want to hear for sure is…anything negative. Sharing the moment positively will always ensure that this time is special for you both. If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all. Bedtime is for loving, relaxing and yes, sleeping. It is not a time for fighting finding faults in you mate, so show her romance!

If you don’t know what exactly romance is, you have bigger problems than I thought…but read on:Romance is a nebulous thing with the curious property of being indescribable but not definable. We women certainly won’t muck with your head and try to suggest there’s an ultimate definitive definition out there. Some people will try to do just that and come up with some tidy little definition, like, “Romance is showing you care.”

If you’re a woman, of course, you were born with an innate knowledge of this stuff and need not read further, because you’ve got it all figured out right? WRONG! Relationships are not fly-by-night and they certainly were not meant to be flings of any sort unless it is a one night stand and then there won’t be pillow talk. Finding that right person for you that you can talk to about everything and anything without getting pressure or shit from them is not easy to find. It does happen, and when you find this person that you can talk to about anything…whether they be your partner, girlfriend, boyfriend, spouse, lover, sugar daddy, sugar baby, mate, or whatever….TALK. Pillow talk is a great way to communicate and get to the core of this persons inner being. Take the time to get to know them,…my guess is that you’ll be glad that you did. As for me, some day I’ll meet the man who can share pillow talk with me and when I do, I am going to burn his ear up. (just kidding)….

The Key to a Great Sex Life

As George Michael once sang..."Let's Talk About Sex"...and what a hot topic that is! Those three letters 'S-E-X' are the most erotic, intoxicating, sensual words on the planet...BUT if you don't know how to use them correctly (and I don't mean directly under the sheets) you won't have a snowballs chance in hell to land the man or woman of your dreams. If you want a great sex life, there is one thing that is absolutely essential. It's not having a super-toned body or being naturally blonde. It's not having big boobs, a hot ass, a six figure salary or owning a fancy imported car. No, the essential element is conversation.

So you might ask, "who needs all this chit-chat when you're making love with an attractive guy or gal?" Ummm...this is essential folks, so PAY ATTENTION! Well, let me rephrase that for a minute...If you're just having a short fling, you may be able to get away with little or no conversation, that's a given, why talk, he/she means nothing to you really... But if you want to keep your love life passionate and exciting making it long term, you're going to have to start talking more and getting to the core of what each of you truly wants. I wrote about this topic before, but some of you must have fallen off the turnip truck and hit your nugget too hard on the pavement because you're still not getting it? Not to worry my friends...you'll be fine.

Here are three ways to use conversation to improve and sustain your sex life as well as your love life;

Communicate about what you want from your partner...In better terms; "Speak Up and Spit It Out!"

Hey listen, don't be shy...now's not the time. He has seen you from head to toe and everywhere in between, so please, spare me the 'I"m old fashion' story. You can talk, talk talk, but that doesn't always necessarily mean that you are communicating. You can talk until you are blue in the face...Now, body language on the other hand is fair play and it gets the point across much faster. Your lover can't read your mind any more than you can read hers (or his). Giving non-verbal communication in the bedroom is helpful, eye catching and alluring. If that still isn't getting you what you want, it's time to try putting your desires into words and as Madonna sang "Express Yourself!"

This is where you put phase 2 into action. Always bring along a can of Reddi Whip. Turn a nervous night into a positive spin...who doesn't like a 'body sundae?' No need to talk, just use your lips and tongue. Now they know what you want, but finding out what your partner wants is equally important. If you're a guy who's a little confused about how to please your lady, the answer is simple. The best way to find out what a woman wants is to ask her. Crazy huh? It works really it does. Many women (and quite a few men) are just dying to talk about their fantasies and desires. All they need is a sincere invitation to open up, and you can offer that. If you are still having a difficult time, and the words just don't seem to be flowing, use what God gave you, your natural instincts and talk with your body.

Spice up lovemaking with some hot topic conversation

No, this isn't a suggestion to discuss the latest stock drops on Wall Street, ESPN News, or which famous celebrity was spotted on the strip. However, a little naughty and explicit sex talk while you are making love can add a new dimension of excitement. Not sure how to start? Begin by describing how gorgeous your partner's body is and how aroused you are getting. Talk about what you're doing, what you're about to do, and how it's going to make your partner feel. Even if you don't normally use explicit language, this may be the time to get a bit naughty. Relax and shed those inhibitions. It would certainly help if you were wearing our lingerie from Simply Delicious Lingerie, or Simply Luscious Lingerie, all affordable, sexy lingerie, bridal lingerie, honeymoon lingerie, sexy matching sets, bra & thong sets, babydolls, teddies, chemises, stockings and garters...we sell it all from $9.99 - $29.99, check out our online boutiques.

Give your partner some positive feedback

If there's one thing we all love, it's a sincere compliment. It attributes to our attitude and our self-esteem. No one, and I mean no one wants to hear what they did wrong in bed, or how disappointing they were...so have a heart and be nice. Remember, if it was disappointing...that means that it wasn't just one of you, it was both of you that made it as such. Communication is key and without how will you know what the other wants in bed? Many people are a little insecure about their sexual abilities and they secretly wonder if they are good enough in bed? Make a point of telling your partner how exciting and skillful he or she was last night. Telling them that they were a 'hot piece of ass' is not romantic and intriguing to a woman, so lose that and try also to mention something specific they did and how great it made you feel. Remember, you need not make a big deal about it. Even a few whispered words just before you leave for work will keep your partner glowing with pleasure all day long.

If you're already doing some of these things, great! But if it's never occurred to you that conversation is essential for a great sex life, you may be surprised at how much of a difference just a few words can make. When you communicate about what you want, talk naughty at appropriate moments, and praise your partner's skill and desirability, you'll find that the payoff is much more than you could have imagined. If you really want to turn up the heat, check out our Delicious Deals where we sell a variety of adult sex swings that will give you and your partner hours of pleasure. http://www.simplydeliciouslingerie.com/sex-swing-whip-smart-pleasure-swing

Isn't it time that you took your love life as well as your sex life to the next level? Always remember that “We waste time looking for the perfect lover, instead of creating the perfect love.” Communication...it is the key to a great sex life!

Let's Talk About Sex Baby...

Most of us find it easy to chat about the latest celebrity scandal or complain about who was crowned winner on last nights on American Idol. It appears that life in general is quite easy to talk about, so why then is SEX like a foreign object or topic of discussion? When it comes to the things that really matter, we often get tongue-tied and shy. Step outside of the box for a minute and let's talk about sex, shall we? Yeah, not so much huh? Many couples rarely or never discuss their sex life with each other. OK, here's a goofy question, why? That's a shame, because open communication about this topic offers a lot of advantages. Here are three reasons why talking about sex is important in a relationship. As George Michael once sang..."Let's Talk About Sex" baby...let's talk about 'you and me!" Wow...so for goodness sakes, let's talk already! Why keep this one under wraps...you can learn so much more about one another if you just express yourself!

It's a good way to get what you want
First of all, be very verbal. Yes clear communication is the most direct route to getting what you want in the bedroom. It's also the best way to learn exactly what your partner would like from you. Some people make the mistake of assuming they already know what their partner likes and needs. No matter how well you believe you know someone, he or she still has an inner life that is hidden from you until it's shared in words.
If you think about it, you'll realize that what individuals desire can - and will - change over time. It's true in all parts of life, and it's true with respect to sexual expression. If you and your lover have a certain lovemaking routine, how will either of you know that you want something a little different unless you speak up?

It helps to clarify misunderstandings
Conversation is also the best way to clear up any misunderstandings that can crop up whenever two people interact. For example, you may be trying a new technique on your partner and suddenly she gets very quiet. You're a bit confused about what that means. Does she like what you're doing? Does she hate what you're doing? You might forget about it in the passion of the moment, but later you remember and you're still wondering. Now, if you are comfortable talking about sex, you can ask your partner what was going on at that moment.
If you're willing and able to discuss sex with your partner, you can also give effective feedback. For example, you can say to your partner "remember when you were touching me in that certain way - wow, I loved it - you should do that again!" This type of praise and feedback is immensely gratifying for anyone to hear. And mentioning the precise thing you enjoyed is a sure-fire way of making it happen again.

It's fun
Yes, conversation about sex can really be a lot of fun! Pull out the fantasy costumes while your at it. We sell them at www.SimplyDeliciousLingerie.com  and they are flirty and fun! Once you get past your initial nervousness, you and your partner can have some very interesting and thought-provoking discussions. Merely talking about sex can be a huge turn-on. Why not use this fact to your advantage? Entice your partner by putting into words the new sensual activity you'd like to try. Or describe in vivid detail the pleasurable things you are going to do to him or her when you are finally alone together.
Good communication is essential if a couple wants to have a happy and satisfying love life. Although it may be scary to break the ice, you'll quickly discover the benefits of discussing sex openly and directly with your partner. By sharing your erotic thoughts, ideas, and wishes, the two of you will develop a greater level of intimacy that will have rewards even outside the bedroom.
