From Sexy Lingerie, Bridal Lingerie, Wedding Day Lingerie...We are Your Everyday Sexy! ®

Sexy lingerie, flirty lingerie, erotic lingerie, exotic lingerie...Women worldwide are shopping for classy lingerie to seduce their men with or just to keep themselves feeling sexy. What's not to love about any and all lingerie? Sexy lingerie has been used as a sexual mechanism for years now and there's no future of its slowing down anytime soon. Some guys don't see the point in paying hundreds of dollars for something that is going to come off in approximately 30 seconds, but others appreciate every thread on a woman's body.

Lingerie need not be an acquired taste. Sexy Lingerie is designed to be alluring, erotic and so very intoxicating. It is a term for fashionable and sexy underwear. There are many different kinds of lingerie women worn, such as bras, panties, garter sets, sleepwear, bikinis, boy shorts, and a lot more, but almost all lingerie is sexy. Some are provocative, some are simple and yet sexy. Don't forget about your special day. Bridal lingerie should be exquisite and flawless in taste. It's not just about just wedding day sexy, our lingerie is everyday sexy! With a variety in styles, fashions, and colors both in regular and plus size lingerie we have something to fit the needs of each woman. Our pieces enhance a woman’s body.

To sum it all LINGERIE is a perfect wear to every woman. Our lingerie is the aphrodisiac of taste. We believe that every woman is unique and beautiful in her own way.
Keep this in mind...It is also important how a piece of sexy lingerie can make a woman look or how it makes a woman feel when it is worn. There are some lingerie that leaves mystery or add a little more to the imagination. Lingerie can make a woman hot and naughty, cute or flirty and feminine and strong. Women feel better when wearing lingerie with their men. Wearing lingerie makes most women feel very hot as they expose their body and it is not impossible to fee desirable. However wearing the right lingerie should make a woman looks what she wants to project to herself.

My Personal Opinion?
My theory is this; Everyone loves to feel special and when she buys that sexy item with you in mind, and especially for you. Fellas...you'll feel like a million bucks simply because she wants to impress you. This is a private showing and only YOU are invited to the unveiling. Tantalize the taste and savor this moment.

Lavish Him with Looks...and Ravish His Mind
It's hard for women to keep up that hot mama look on a daily basis, so lingerie separates those ordinary days from the extraordinary days. When you see her donning that lacy teddy, she definitely wants you to take notice. Be enticed by her, be aroused, and be happy that she feels so confident wearing sexy lingerie for you!Ladies,...he will be ravished by you when you lavish him with sensual lingerie. Make the perfect selection and you'll remain on his mind for days!

Skin Types & SPF

The sun, as beautiful as it is can be deadly...the harmful rays don't seem so harmful now, but years from now when you find moles or spots on your body that you thought were nothing, can turn out to be cancer, and not all cancer is benign. Often we go to the pool or the beach, or even just outdoor for a lengthy period of time, when you do, make certain to cover up. You know that saying, pay me now or pay me later? I can attest to this,...you see, I was one of those girls with fair Irish skin in my teenage days where the only way to tan was to bask in the sun and saturate our bodies with baby oil or butter. Oh if I only knew then what I learned later in life...later when I was diagnosed with a form of melanoma cancer. I was lucky that it was caught, but it wasn't caught early enough. Had it not been for my daughter while accompanying her to the dermatologists office when she was a teenage, I might not have been so fortunate, and I would not be here today to tell you this. My daughter saved my life. My cancer was genetic and a poor judgement of the suns harmful rays that I beacame a victim of. Beauty does have its price. If you are going to sunbath, protect yourself please!

Regardless of ethnicity or skin color, skin that is repeatedly exposed to the sun tends to become tough and thick. The results can be leathery skin with wrinkles as early as in your 40's. What can help is using a sunscreen product with some degree of protection from UV rays, listed as the concentration on the SPF (Sun Protection Factor) numbers on the products’ labels. These sunscreen products can be made with ingredients that offer protection against UVA rays and / or other ingredients to protect against UVB rays (more harmful for sun burning than UVA rays.) The best products offer ingredients for protection from both UVA and UVB rays.

The SPF listed on the product label refers to the length of time it will take for your skin to redden after the product has been applied vs. the length of time bare skin or skin without the product would redden. To sum that up, the basic math involved in using the SPF number is like this. The SPF number tells people how much longer they can last out in the sun with protection for their skin without being burned. For example, say you would normally burn after 12 minutes of being out in the sun. You apply sunscreen, also referred to as a sun block, with an SPF of 15. This means that you should be fine for 15 times your average amount of protection time. In other words, you would be protected for up to 3 hours.

Here is the formula for calculating: 12 minutes x 15 SPF = 180 minutes (3 hours).
So in short, sunscreen products with a high SPF provide more protection against the sun. Here is a closer look at different skin types and their preferred SPFs:

Young children – For ages 6 months on up, you should apply a product with an SPF of 15 or higher to protect against both sun tanning and burning. And the product label should list protection against both UVA and UVB rays also known as the "broad-spectrum."

Skin Type - Very Fair – This skin type generally burns quickly. Tanning is rare or not common. It is recommended that sunscreen products for this skin type contain SPF 20 to 30.

Skin Type – Fair – This skin type almost always burns easily. Tanning can occur sometimes, but not much. It is recommended that sunscreen products for this skin type contain SPF 12 to 20.

Skin Type – Light – This skin type burns in the moderate range. Tanning is normally gradual, yielding a light brown shade. It is recommended that sunscreen products for this skin type contain SPF 8 to 12.

Skin Type – Medium – This skin type burns infrequently. Tanning happens much of the time, yielding a moderate brown shade. It is recommended that sunscreen products for this skin type contain SPF 4 to 8.

Skin Type – Dark – This skin type rarely burns. Tanning occurs big time, yielding a dark brown shade. It is recommended that sunscreen products for this skin type contain SPF 2 to 4.

Skin Type – Other - This skin type includes people with moles or whose close blood-relatives have a history of moles, people with skin cancer in their family histories, including melanoma, and people with very fair skin and hair. Use the highest SPF available combined with light to moderate sun exposure, as this is a high-risk category for health damage from too much UV exposure.

Note that regardless of skin type, before going out into the sun’s rays, each person should have the most suitable sunscreen product possible applied beforehand for protection against UV rays. The product should be spread fairly thick and in a uniform manner for the best possible UV protection over all areas of the skin that will be exposed to the UV rays. Please, protect your body, and keep it safe, after all, it is the only one that you'll ever have.

Be Proud of the Woman that YOU are!

They say things happen for a reason and  that there is a reason somethings happen. Be strong, be different and be proud that you are a woman. If you fall, get back up brush your self and walk it off. Life is a mystery...do not be afraid to bask in the sunshine and never doubt who you are and what you want to be. You were not put in this world to please others but to please yourself. Take pleasure in being you!

Days maybe short and nights maybe long but revel in your accomplishments. Desire to be all you can be and try something new and daring. Today is a gift and yesterday is the past. Never dread and live in disappointment. Stand strong for what you believe and do some traveling or take in a show with friends. Dance like there is no tomorrow. You are meant to stand tall and not to stand in the shadow of others. You are beautiful and sexy and should life to the fullest.

Rules are made to be broken because it is time to make your own rules. I am a rule breaker! The seasons change, and with change comes growth and experience. It has always amazed me how your true friends and love ones will stand behind you no matter the outcome. Do yourself a BIG favor,... rid the ones in your life that bring you down. Happy Birthday to all because birthdays are not just for the day of birth but a new insight that is coming around tomorrow. What are you waiting for, go buy those pair of red shoes that you you have been eyeing in the window or buy that sexy ensemble that you have been dying to try on for so long, but never did. Buy that certain perfume that you cannot gt out of your mind. Take pleasure in all that makes you happy!

Love and understanding comes with time and the time is now to shine like the brightest star in the galaxy!!

Until next time,

Expectations in Marriage

In marriage, knowing what to expect is half the battle!  So, here are some things you should expect in marriage.  Now some of them may sound negative, but they aren’t meant to be.  We just need to be prepared that challenges will likely arise.  When they do, it doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world, or your marriage.

1. Conflict....We'll all go through this.

Conflict will happen, and that’s okay, don't you expect it? I did.  Figure out how to handle the situation, what steps to take, what to say, and certainly what "not to say!" If you handle these conflicts in a loving, mature way, it won't seem so bad. Communication!! KEY!! Talk it out!!

2. Expect Delays

Planning for your future is a great thing to do as a couple, just understand that things don’t always arrive on schedule – not babies, not raises, not your health problems, not the sitter! Things are going to come up. Never fails in my family....it's always something. When you expect delays, you won't freak out when they happen.
Ex; when planning a get together, party, etc....tell your guest to arrive at 3pm when the party really starts at 3:30. If they are anything like my Ex's family, they still showed up late..but oh how they were the life of the party when they did arrive!

3. Expect Disappointments

File this in the, “you’re both only human” category. Your spouse will not be the answer to all of your problems.  Your spouse won’t be a mind reader or anticipate all of your needs. You need to tell your spouse what you want, and need...otherwise, how will they know?

4. Expect to be annoyed, pissed off, and out numbered from time to time

What was once appealing is now annoying. Why is this? Perhaps it was a habit that he/she had that you once thought was quite cute now irritates you? Be ready for that habit of his or hers you found so adorable while you were dating, to become annoying,..what's worse is if you tell them it annoys you now and they keep doing it...  But remember this, there are things you’re doing that are likely to be driving them nuts too. Cut them some slack and continually focus on their good qualities.  If you just can’t overlook what’s bothering you, talk about it in a loving, kind way....don't throw things at them, it won't work, you'll just end u repairing the hole you put in the  drywall. How do I know this? I threw a bathroom scale once....Oh, it got his attention, and he sent me the repair bill for $95.00

5. You'll find that  you’re doing more...

You might feel like you’re Super Mom.... doing more dishes, more laundry, more bedtime reading with the kids, more yard work, more taking the garbage out. You get the idea.   When you start feeling put out and put upon, take some time to assess the situation. Be verbal, and by this I mean chat about it, .....no screaming and yelling.... Instead of attacking your spouse and demanding more help, sit down and calmly express your desire to do your jobs well, and don't be afraid to ask for help. Maybe he doesn't realize that you are getting burnt out?

6. Agree to disagree
Just because you are “one” in marriage, doesn’t mean you will agree on everything. You never will agree on everything, you may be the missing piece to his puzzle but your aren't a miracle worker. You aren't always going to be right......Even though the pieces match doesn't mean the patterns do......but, guess what?  That’s okay.  Respect your spouse’s right to have a different opinion than you.  Don’t shoot down ideas right then and there, think about the time that he put into this thought.  There is more than one way to get the job done and believe me when I say,...arguing will only prolong it. You are both partners of respect, so give a little.

7. Not attracted to your spouse anymore?
This may never happen to you, BUT it does happen to a lot of couples. You might go through your entire marriage with the hots for your mate.  But if, at some point, you’re just not that into your spouse, pray that you will have a loving heart, and talk about it, or seek counseling for guidance. Many things cause this, mid life crisis comes to mind....(been there done that, with my spouse)  Also, look beyond the physical or lack of chemistry and fall in love with what’s good about your spouse. You might be missing something really great!

Marriages are a lot of work, and they are a two way street....you need to talk it out. Remember what brought you both together in the first place,...remember the wonderful times that you have shared over the years and be grateful for the time you have with your spouse. Nothing lasts forever, life is precious. Marriage is a loving bond that takes much nurturing....My parents are celebrating their 49th wedding anniversary this October. I've never seen two people happier! Sure they argue, its fun to watch them do it, they both always think they are right.....but someone always caves in and lets the other win the argument. Communication, understanding, patience, and love for one another is why their marriage is so strong. My marriage didn't last because I didn't have what my folks have. Trust and communication....without it, your ship will sink.
