Romancing a Woman

In my opinion, romance is one of the most important things that separates a good relationship from the greatest relationship. It's something that all women love and yet so many of us lack it in our lives. If you can learn to incorporate romance into your life, you will be amazed to see how much your relationships will improve, both emotionally and physically. You'll actually be able to move past the stage where you can't seem to do anything right. You won't have to deal with nearly as much whining, nagging, and shoe throwing as you normally would. And the best part is that you'll actually be able to rediscover the woman who captivated. That's right. Your life is about to change for the better. Here's some dating etiquette advice about romance.

Romance is a nebulous thing with the curious property of being describable but not definable. We won't muck with your head and try to suggest there's an ultimate definitive definition out there. Some people will try to do just that and come up with some tidy little definition, like, "Romance is showing you care." Sure, it sounds good at first, but although draping your coat over a puddle and asking if she remembered to brush her teeth that morning may be actions triggered by this same motivation, they rate distinctly differently on the romance scale.

Although it's not so much a definition, as it is no more precise than the word "romance" itself, one way to describe romance succinctly is "what women want out of a relationship." In other words, men aren't romantic, and if you're a man, that's why you need this guide. If you're a woman, of course, you were born with an innate knowledge of this stuff and need not read further.
But though romance may not be definable, there are still some hard fast rules.

Red is romantic, because red is the color of love and passion. Consider roses.
Romance is personal. To be romantic, you must be personal and do personal kind of things. It's sort of romantic to buy a mooshy greeting card for your loved one, but to be really romantic, you should sign it. As far as birthday presents and so forth go, you can make the gift personal by carefully considering your beloved's interests and choosing a gift uniquely suited to her personality. Flowers always works. Red roses mean, "I love you." If you like her but you don't love her, or you are unsure of it, don't give her red roses, my suggestion is a variety of colors. All yellow says you just want to be friends. White is fresh and new, a bit innocent.

You know that you wish to hold your relationship with your mate special and romance is the complete way to do that. Romance packs heat and love alive in any relationship, but just like most good matters romance comes with a few rules in order to make it work!

Romance can be planned or intuitive and both are perfectly great. Instinctive romance is almost always wonderful because both you and your mate are often viewed up in the moment and you are both sharing an intimate experience together. It is often when you plan romance that slips can be made if you aren't sensible of the principles of romance. Need something intimate for those romancing evenings?

10 Sure Signs that You're FALLING IN LOVE!!!

So many times we date people, or meet people and that night we lay in bed wondering to ourselves... "would he/she be a good fit for me?" Well, its often difficult to tell after one date, sometimes even two or three...but if you see this  person then stop seeing them and continue to think of them often and wonder how they are doing or where they are or who they are with...you might have some stronger feelings for them that you were not aware of. Could it be love we often wonder? As Whitney Houston once sang..."How will I know if he really loves me?"

Here are 10 Signs You’re Falling in Love, whether you like it or not!

1. You forget to eat.
Super telltale. Forgetting to eat means you’re not only distracted, but that you also want that person more than you want food, so you forget all about it.
2. You catch yourself smiling.
A little love in your system can surprise you so much, you can’t help but smile. Hey, that's great! Smiling is good for the body, mind and soul! It’s half because you feel so good, and half because you’re laughing at yourself  for feeling like a 16 yr old again, but..... oh ain't love grand?
3. You can’t look at the person.
Suddenly, they drive you mad and you want to jump on them and squeeze them tight! It is impossible to hold a decent conversation with the object of your affection, because you’re afraid if you look them in the eye, they’ll be able to tell you’re melting for them inside. A good trick: talk to their forehead. Yes you heard me...look at their forehead, not their beautiful eyes...all the while knowing that  inside this man/woman is driving you completely insane and you want to kiss them like there's no tomorrow!
4. You think about them when you’re getting dressed in the morning.
Don’t pretend you’ve never done it. You start analyzing whether he or she would like the blue shirt better, and putting a little more effort into your hair. No harm done.

5. You realize you miss them when they’re not around.
If you’re used to seeing the object of your affection at work or class and then one day they’re not there, you’ll feel like your whole day was wasted. Does your bed seem empty? Wouldn't it be better to wake up with someone and hold them through out the night than be alone?
6. You get jealous about odd things.
You find out they saw a movie last night and now you are enraged. Why didn’t they think to invite you? Who did they go with?? Your ears turn red as you try and mask your jealousy., or what if you read their FaceBook wall and saw that a man wrote something cute on their wall? Maybe this guy is just an old school friend from way back when,..still it makes your blood boil?
7. You’ve pictured what your children would look like.
Oops. Maybe your baby making years are long gone....ask yourself then if she/he would be a good influence on your children? Would your kids like this person and do they think that this particular man/woman would make their parent glow and would you do the same for your partners? ...this then leading to my next response.....
8. People say you’re glowing.
The feeling of being in love is physical, and like laughter, it can have healing, rejuvenating benefits. This is one of the reasons it’s okay to revel in your feelings, even if they’re for the wrong person — just don’t make any stupid mistakes.
9. You’ve suddenly felt a rush of something and you like it!
Male or female, you start getting these feeling that are uncontrollable, and undeniable, and yet you still question them...why? You are scared silly...love is like taking a giant leap! Be careful....but for God sakes be brave. You don't want to move forward a few years and realize you let the best thing that ever happened to you slip away into someone elses arms, follow your heart....Yes, these are definitely signs you’re falling.
10. You can’t concentrate on work.
Maybe even as you read this article, you’ll glance and realize that half an hour has gone by. That’s because you’re daydreaming. And you are in looo-oooove.Oh La-La! Life is good! Enjoy it with that special someone! Sometimes you only get one chance!

Once Upon a Dream......

For as long as I can ever remember, I have been a hopeless romantic. A woman who dreamed that the one day her prince would come and he'd take her away and they would live happily ever after.....
My thoughts are, and always have been.....he will be the man that I was always to be with,.....we've already met,..... once upon a dream.....

You know the story.....The fairy tale endings where the man comes back for you and can't live without you, where he looks for you in every woman he sees, where he can't stop thinking about you and where he feels deep in his heart that he lost the best thing that ever happened to him and vows to get it back. Maybe this sounds sappy, but it is how my heart feels at times. I never have had a man who just wanted to spend time with me, couldn't wait to hear my voice or see me. One who couldn't wait to hold me in their arms and look into my eyes. Does this sound like a fairy tale or are there relationships out there like that? Sometimes I think I intimidate men because I am so deep, and with being business savvy, smart and quick on my toes....it may send him over the edge.....They don't know how to handle it, maybe I'm to complicated. I've always said that I would love to meet a man who wants to know me, everything about me and appreciate the woman that I am and what I have to offer. He is the man who built me a house of Lego's and smiled, and with those big beautiful eyes.....adorable, and yet so innocent. Little did I know how handsome and wonderful he would turn out to be, and how sexy he would look 35 years later, the monkey wrench, the turn me upside down, the whole nine yards.... Sometimes, life throws you a curve ball,....you don't see it coming and then as George Michael said "Wham!!"

Do you feel like this too? Are you that woman waiting for her prince to come, or have you given up? Never give up...he's out there,.....trust me, he is, and chances are- he's been searching for you about as long as you have been looking for him. I want a special man who really gets me. I want to move someones heart because of who I am. I want to feel like home to someone one day. And when he comes along I will love him with all my heart has to give. This is my one and only life and I want to laugh and share my love and my life with someone who wants to share the same with me. Someday.....my prince will come....he better get that white horse out....because this time around I do want all the bells and whistles...oh, not the material things, the bells and whistles of love that make a relationship truly work....so that someday we'll have a romantic novel to share with others and a story that will be......our very own fairytale ending.....
