There is something to be said about the little things in life that makes us happy. Things surely improved over the years. The garter belt appeared in the 1950s and now rather than the straps being fastened or secured to a corset, stockings could now be attached to a less burdensome item of undergarment. The Corset: Should Underwear Become Outerwear?
