Getting What You Want In the Bedroom

Let's face it, so many of us may be happy in our situations nonetheless, we may be lacking one thing...getting what you want in the bedroom. Are you thinking that this key phrase sounds familiar? If so, you might just want to continue reading, it's about to get interesting! Are you getting what you want? If the answer is no, you need to seriously make some changes, if the answer is yes then I am sure you and your partner make love regularly (or I am assuming that you do).... but are you really satisfied with what you do together? If your answer is "Yes, I am perfectly content with my sex life," then that's great, fantastic and super-de-duper awesome! But if your answer is closer to "Umm... well..." then perhaps it's time to reevaluate your life with this particular partner.

Here are some tips for getting what you want in your sex life.

Know what you want
This sounds painfully obvious, but it's not as simple as you may think. There are numerous reasons why it can be hard to answer the question, What do I want? Some people shut down their desires because they feel funny about them. Others have a very limited knowledge of the countless ways that humans can express themselves sexually. Many individuals don't understand their bodies very well.

Believe it or not, understanding what you want requires being open to your most personal thoughts and feelings. There is no need to be judgmental about desire. What do you fantasize about, either during lovemaking or when you're alone? Fantasies are often crazy and unrealistic, but there may be elements that could easily be acted out in the bedroom. If you believe that you are lacking in sexual knowledge, then give yourself permission to learn more through reading books, watching movies, or surfing the web. When you slip into a fantasy costume from Simply Delicious Lingerie, the heat gets more intense in the bedroom, or any room for that matter.

Ask them for what you want,...don't be afraid!
Now that you have a good idea of what you want, it's time to share it with your partner. That's right, tell them! If you feel awkward doing this, remember, they've seen your hoo-ha and all the other privates already, so don't hold back now. Try to frame your request in a positive way. Don't complain about how dissatisfied you are with the status quo. Instead, talk about how much you love your private time together and how it exciting it would be if he or she did a certain thing. If he or she seems unwilling to consider your request, then you need to find out why. Once you understand your partner's hesitation, you may be able to come up with a compromise that would be rewarding for both of you.Ask your man to experiment with tenderly taking charge during intimacy. In this way, you and your partner can build the skills to create extraordinarily erotic moments that feed female’s innate desires to be taken and ravished by a strong yet gentle lover. Making love in this way is an extremely emotionally intimate experience, let alone very a passionate one.

Give your partner what he or she wants and needs
If you're getting what you want, it's only fair that your partner gets what he or she wants, right? A sexual relationship should be mutually satisfying or it will hit the rocks pretty quickly. Give your partner an opportunity to talk about his or her own desires and do your best to fulfill them. Ladies, don't withhold sex as a punishment. If something is bugging you, fix the real problem instead of letting your resentment spill over into the bedroom. And gentlemen, you need to understand that pleasing and fully satisfying your partner is the most effective way of getting more sex.

Communication is KEY! YES...It is that simple. You really can get what you want, sexually speaking - or at least a big portion of it. Use these tips as a guide to curing dissatisfaction in the bedroom,...in order to do this one must talk about it. Make your feelings known. When you understand your own desires, are able to verbalize them, and are willing to cater to your partner's desires, the end result can only be a more spectacular love life.In our world today, dominance is expressed in a variety of ways. Women perceive dominance by how a man walks, the sound of his voice, his access to desirable resources like money or protection, his level of self-confidence, and his intelligence – among many other possibilities In contrast, men who are perceived as needy of a woman’s attention are definitely not experienced as dominant. Nor are men who avoid taking control of situations, or who are considered emotionally sensitive. I could go on, but you get the picture.

 I hope these tips work for you, if they don't, it's time to switch gears my friend.

Do We Have to do it Again?

Lets assume that you’ve just had a long, hectic day. You have that look on your face and everyone can read you like a book......You’ve had a full day at work, and when you come home, you’re immediately greeted by household chores, clingy kids, and a stack of bills. There’s dinner to prepare and a report that’s due tomorrow morning. Then, when you lie down in bed—eager to get much-needed sleep—your partner/lover/husband gives you that look. Oh, no! Something tells you that he’s about to ask for sex, but you’re just not in the mood, and you haven’t been in a long time.... “I’m tired, honey,” you say, but he gets upset. “You’re always tired!” he complains., and you hear the blah, blah, blah....So what do you do? You are not a sex machine, although you sure wish you were.....and you cannot do it 2-3 times a day...you are exhausted just thinking about it!

Talk about both of your Needs;
All marriage/relationship experts agree that communication is the heart and soul of a happy relationship. Here I go again...foundation is everything,....be open and honest, always communicate. You may be physically exhausted right now, but it’s important to maintain at least that emotional connection. Try to explain your feelings (it’s better than rolling over and making him feel ignored and unwanted) and then listen to his.
Talking to each other can also help you find a happy compromise and look for practical and realistic ways to solve the problem. For example, you can set a special day each week when you and your husband can go on a date and set the mood for a midnight rendezvous where anytime is bedtime.

Boost your Body;
Regular physical activity and exercise can help boost your libido and strengthen your body so you aren’t completely wiped out from work by the end of the day. Exercise also releases endorphins, do some yoga booty ballet, or something that wakes your blood up. It will get your body’s happy hormones, and losing those excess pounds can also make you feel better about yourself and the way you look. Then you can focus on Simply Delicious Lingerie and something sexy, hot and oh so sassy for your special night.....

Keep an eye on what you Eat;
You don’t need to go on a diet. Just eat a light dinner. Heavy meals can make you feel sluggish, and high-sugar desserts will lead to an energy crash just when you hit the sack. Certain food have been known to increase libido.....I say, "break me off a piece of that....:" Find out what they are, and head to the grocery store pronto!! Why not include these ingredients in your meal plan? You can end the meal with a glass of wine. It’ll help you relax, and put you in the mellow mood that’s always good for sex.
“But I’m too tired and busy to exercise!” you sigh.

Take time to celebrate even the smallest of occasions;
Don’t wait for Birthdays, Valentine’s Day or your wedding anniversary to do something special together. Where is your sense of romance and adventure? Come on get with the program here! Make little romantic gestures “just because.” Send her flowers just to thank her for being so important in your life. Leave naughty love notes in their daily planner. These can put the spark back into your relationship or your marriage (especially your sex life), and also is a way to tell him again and again how much you love him. Sex isn’t the only way to show affection and appreciation—and sometimes that’s all a couple needs to get through a normal “dry spell.” If you don't follow these suggestions, you will exhaust yourself from too much thinking and you'll be wasting valuable time doing what you don't want to do, verse what you could be doing. Turn the frown upside down and shake it off! Lose this face guys.....otherwise you'll be sleeping n the dog house tonight!
